This project required heavy coordination and planning. Not only did the building remain fully operational, the 911 call center could never go down and had to be up 100% of the time despite the fact that the entire facility received a new electrical service and HVAD throughout.

In addition to the 911 center being fully rebuilt, an existing shooting range was cleared out and a new shooting range was constructed.
