Trimbuilt has completed the build-out for five Pluckers Wing Bars across Austin, TX. For this featured project, we converted an old “family style” restaurant into a modern space with indoor, outdoor, and bar seating areas. We completely reworked the entire layout of the restaurant, complete with removing all of the existing lighting structures, walls, bathrooms, and kitchen equipment.

During construction, we discovered the foundation was a post-tension slab, which posed a real plumbing challenge, as we needed to replace or repair almost half of the existing cables in the slab. The redesign additionally required us to remove two major load bearing walls and replace them with two major load bearing beams. Even with these unforeseen conditions and a last-minute request for a different floor finish, Trimbuilt completed the project on time and on budget.
