Integral Care provides the vital services of counseling and mental health care to the community. This project was a complete demolition and remodel of 6 floors. The scope included office areas, exam rooms, treatment facilities, and a pharmacy. We built new mechanical yard areas outside, replaced sidewalks and handrails, and made ADA corrections to bring this decades-old building up to code and modern building standards. An exterior stair that spanned the height of the building was demolished and replaced. Repairs were made to the existing structural steel and fireproofing. Wood ceiling features, curved walls and custom graphics gave the space some nice touches.
