As an employee of Trimbuilt Construction, Inc. you are given an opportunity to participate in an affordable health care program that not only provides it's members a contracted provider network, but also offers an additional feature which does not restrict it's members to network-only benefits. This allows you the freedom to choose a physician out of network and still receive coverage on a cost-sharing basis.

We require a 90 day probationary period to establish permanent employment, which is then followed by a standard 90 day waiting period before your health insurance coverage becomes effective.  As your employer, we will pay 100% of your premium while you will only pay for any additional dependants.  In this way we are able to keep your out-of-pocket expense to a minimum, while still optimizing your access to many health care resources.
