rimbuilt
Construction, Inc. is a commercial general contracting firm which
concentrates on the interior finish out market. The business
began in the early 1980's as a small drywall contractor and soon
developed into a full-fledged general contractor which incorporated
in 1984. Because we have managed to expand and evolve with the
growing demands produced by the favorable local economy over the
past several years, TCI has flourished within Austin and the
surrounding areas. With an annual revenue of $29.4 million in
2003, Trimbuilt secured the 15th position in the top 25 commercial
construction companies in the 2004 Austin Business Journal's "Book
of Lists".

founders of TCI realized early on that the key to a successful
business is to be competitive, responsive and timely while
continuing to produce a quality product. This philosophy is
shared throughout our company and also by the subcontractors that we
choose to perform the work on our projects. Trimbuilt strives
to maintain long-term relationships with its clients because we
receive a large percentage of our work from repeat business.
We like to think this is because our quality work speaks for itself.

rimbuilt
has worked on a wide range of interior finish out
projects. We have renovated executive / administrative
offices, built new industrial type warehouse spaces and completed
high-tech call centers and computer rooms. We believe it is
very important to keep informed and educate ourselves with new types
of technology, in order to
successfully meet the needs of all our clients. |

ven
though Trimbuilt developed into a general contractor, it still
retained its "in-house" drywall department. This department
performs the following types of work on our projects: metal framing,
drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors, frames, and hardware.
This department is an integral part of our company, and we believe
this gives us certain advantages over other general contractors who
do not have an in-house drywall department, as it
allows us to have greater control over the cost, speed, and quality
of our projects.
n
the beginning phases of our projects, TCI can assist in a wide
variety of ways that can benefit both the tenant and the design
team. The following are some of the pre-construction services that
we offer:
 | Scheduling |
 | Pricing |
 | Evaluating qualified
contractors to bid
the project |
 | Evaluating available
materials and
lead-time information |
 | Relaying on-site
conditions and
dealing with the design/engineering teams enabling them to be
more efficient and timely |
 | Being available to
assist in any way
possible to expedite the project and to ensure that it runs as
smoothly as possible |
rimbuilt
also gets involved with the tenant's vendors enabling us to
keep the project running smoothly for all parties involved.
Becoming familiar with the details of the project allows us to help
avoid unforeseen problems before they occur.
