Above Right: Trimbuilt completed two locations for this 'high-profile national financial group' tenant; both locations were very similar involving very detailed mahogany millwork, wood window walls, and wood caps.  Even thought both the architect and engineer were located in different cities, TCI managed to communicate well with both of them and successfully completed this project without any problems. Below Left: RR Donnelley, a commercial printer and information services company, chose Trimbuilt to build out one of its satellite offices in the Austin area.  The space required multiple conference rooms as well as open areas suitable for cubicles.  We installed specialty lighting, sheetrock ceiling fur down accents, a drop-down projection screen, etched butt-glaze windows in the conference room, and specialty appliances in the breakroom.

Capstar Broadcasting, which is part of a conglomerate managing radio stations, maintained their corporate office at One American Center.  TCI remodeled their high-end office space which involved matching crown molding and installing a custom wood floor with wood base.  The space also required producing and installing a custom circular reception desk and decorative furr-downs on the ceilings and above doorways.
