Silicon Labs Entry

Silicon Laboratories, a developer of mixed-signal innovations in the communications industry, had TCI construct four phases of their interior space in two of their locations.  The four phases totaled 95,000sf and consisted of offices, open space for cubicles, conference rooms, a test lab facility and a work-out room.  The test lab facility is equipped with an uninterrupted power supply, a power distribution unit, and a crack unit (specialized air conditioning system for computer rooms).

The reception area in the Lantana Building is very modern, using unique carpet designs, alcoves for specialty pendant lighting, and a curved furr down with pendant lights over the reception desk.
