Left:
This is a standard attorney's space including offices, conference
rooms, and open secretarial areas. Following are some of the
upgraded finishes: custom cherry millwork, frosted glass, crown
molding, and carpet pattern inserts. A lateral rolling file
system, which required some structural support, was installed near
the secretarial area to accommodate their extensive collection of
files.

Below Right: Gunderson
Dettmer, a very prominent law firm in the Austin area, occupies a
high-end finish out space with over seventy individual
offices. The space contains pine and birch custom millwork,
specialty track lighting and numerous glass walls. |

The tenants chose the now
popular open plenum concept for the ceiling treatment in portions
of the space (as seen in the top-right
portion of the picture). This design
eliminates the acoustical ceiling tiles in certain areas exposing
the air conditioning / heating ductwork, electrical conduits,
ceiling goists, etc.
