Reception Area

Left: This is a standard attorney's space including offices, conference rooms, and open secretarial areas.  Following are some of the upgraded finishes: custom cherry millwork, frosted glass, crown molding, and carpet pattern inserts.  A lateral rolling file system, which required some structural support, was installed near the secretarial area to accommodate their extensive collection of files.

Below Right: Gunderson Dettmer, a very prominent law firm in the Austin area, occupies a high-end finish out space with over seventy individual offices.  The space contains pine and birch custom millwork, specialty track lighting and numerous glass walls.

The tenants chose the now popular open plenum concept for the ceiling treatment in portions of the space (as seen in the top-right portion of the picture).  This design eliminates the acoustical ceiling tiles in certain areas exposing the air conditioning / heating ductwork, electrical conduits, ceiling goists, etc.
