	Furniture Marketing Group (FMG) is a large office furniture distributor that required a warehouse, office space and a showroom to display their products.  In the warehouse portion, Trimbuilt provided lighting and dock equipment in coordination with their racking system.

The office/showroom portion was not your typical tenant finish-out.  It provided an opportunity for TCI and its subcontractors to display their talents with its stained concrete floors, curving furr down ceiling treatments and unique wall shapes and textures.

Trimbuilt has pursued an alliance with ProLogis Trust, a nationwide industrial building development company, who is the owner of the Walnut Creek Corporate Center.

TCI becomes more involved in the development stages for the ProLogis projects by not only pricing the space but also working very closely with the engineer and architect to design a product suitable for the tenant.
